Funding Restriction
Organizations can submit up to three applications. Programs that are a part of the organization’s current or past operating budgets are not permitted. Capital expenditures are generally not eligible. However, specialized equipment purchases related to program execution will be considered.
Funds Available
Grants are capped at $5,000.  If the project budget is greater than $5,000, other revenue sources must be verified.  If other revenue sources cannot be verified at disbursement time, the award may need to be renegotiated.  Grant awards will be funded in one disbursement.
Contract Period
One year.  Project should start within three months of award date and be complete within twelve months of start date.
Any Jewish organization in Western Washington that is a 501(c)(3) public charity, or is presumed to be, according to IRS regulations, or has a fiscal sponsor that is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Nonprofit arts and culture organizations in King or South Snohomish counties with a “Jewish-themed” project may also apply. Each organization must provide a copy of its IRS Determination Letter or sponsoring nonprofit’s Determination Letter with the application.
Organization's Authority to Submit
Application must be accompanied by at attestation signed by a board representative.

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Selection Process and Timeline:
 Applications due  Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 5 pm Pacific.
 Written notification of grant award  December 2016
